For the waitlist we store email, optional city, optional OS interest, language, timestamp and confirmation status.

Purpose: early-access updates and regional demand. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) after double opt-in.

Hosting and processing via Cloudflare (Pages, D1). First-party events (page view, waitlist started) without message contents and without email in analytics.

No sale to third-party advertisers. Retention: until withdrawal or launch communication; moving data into an app account only with new consent.
